One of the things I love about wedding photography is the opportunity to meet new people and build new friendships. Kristen + Nick are a prime example of that blessing. I so enjoyed getting to know them a little bit, and so appreciated their willingness to do some fun shots with me! They actually eloped in January and asked me to just take some pictures of the family and friends reception they were holding at Maggiano’s. When I suggested we try some artistic portraits beforehand they were great sports and agreed right away! Their stunning good looks and the great location in NoDa helped us make some of the best images I’ve made so far. Then on to the food and fun of Maggiano’s where everyone had a great time.
